Need Help in Identifying Rifle

I have a rifle that I need help identifying and would like to know whats its worth if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Its a 22 caliber bolt action single shot rifle. On the bottom side of the barrel the markings are "CAL ST ALB VI CUGIR 22 CAL ROMANIA"The markings on top of receiver are "UMC CUG" the best I can make out. It has a heavy barrel and steel buttplate. It is a .22 cal. romanian training rifle. I haven't seen these by any other name or description. There are two models out there I have seen in single shot, one with a really heavy, thick barrel, the other lighter weight and very similar to the 5 shot repeater. In any case, not worth more than about $60 and that is on the high side; I've seen them at gunshows for $39. They are a fun and accurate rifle, but the market is flooded right now.
