Viet Cong Handmade Rifle

Thanks for all your input regarding the value of the rifle www.carolcini.com/viet/viet.htm This is geniune and was brought back from Vietnam with shipment of household goods and was taken off a battle field in 1963. It is interesting that the value is from none (something about a crook in SoCal?) to priceless. I think the NRA museum will become it's home and I will take a tax write off.CC

    I read your original post with great interest and think that your decision to donate the unique weapon is a great idea. What could possibly be better than to share this artifact with your fellow citizens. I commend you for your actions. Remember that a tax write off is only good if you itemize your deductions and at that there are limitations. Don't let the tax laws discourage you, give it to them anyway and share it with thousands of interested people. Thanks
