Have an old single shot 12 guage that was handed down to me from my grandfather. It is stamped Diamond Arms, St. Louis. Anyone know of any information on this gun? Thanks.

    I have a 12 or 16 guage with the Diamoond Arms Co. St Louis as the only markings. Do you have any infor on age etc? It seems to be very old

    YUP!...Look along the bottom of the receiver,just above the trigger guard... See if there's a real small faintly stamped 94..and then a letter maybe A or B or E..If that's there look in the gun parts corporation catalogue at a picture of a SAVAGE or STEVENS model 94 or series 94.. I had one in my shop for almost a year looking for "WHO MADE THE D#*@# THING".. I accidentally identified it while looking for some savage 94 parts...GOOD LUCK...[This message has been edited by JIM STARK (edited 02-09-2002).]
