Need some info on a "Crosman/Blaser" model #455 - .177 cal. Pellet Gun Conversion Kit for 70 series and earlier 1911 pistols. Its a complete top-end replacement unit that conv.s a 1911 pistol into a single shot CO2 powered .177 cal. airgun. The box says that it was made in W. Germany for "Crosman".And no, its not for sale ![This message has been edited by compgunfire (edited 02-08-2002).]

I also have one of these adapters (NOT FOR SALE) however mine does not reference Crossman in any way. it reads on the side
BLASER USA VICTORIA, TX. USA
.177 Cal pellet gun conversion for Colt GVT.,ldl's Pat pend./
Made in West Germany. Caution Read manual before use!
My unit has been modified and has a BO-MAR rib and adjustable sight instead of the original sight. The person I purchased said at 10 meters it was ALMOST good enough for competition as at 10 meters from A Ransom rest it would shoot 10 shots in to a hole 1.5 pellet width. I get about 50 accurate shots from a CO2 canister.
wow talk about resurrecting the dead, a 22+ year old thread… I guess I leave it open since it doesn't have 10 comments…
ETA: by the way the original poster hasn't been active in a very long time, but welcome to the forums @Trqwrch
I don't ever remember seeing that conversion unit advertised. It would be nice to have.
