Recommend scope mount for M1A ?

As noted on other threads, the Springfield 3rd generation mount appears to have questionable value in the minds of some shooters.Does anyone have a recommendation on a alternate... a reliable scope mount/ring setup for an M1A ? A QD feature is not required.Thank you for your time.Regards,
