    "Special edition" guns are almost impossible to value. There is little collector interest in them, and finding someone willing to pay for the engraving and select wood is often difficult. Actual sale prices vary dramatically.It should sell for at least $700-800; it may even bring $2,000 or more. No one can predict the actual price.Neal

    IT ALL HINGES ON FINDING A BUYER.I have the WWII commerative.....only 500 units made.The vietnam was a run of 1500 units.I paid 900 for mine at an auction.....it was a farmer crowd looking for hunting rifles. The gun is mint. Now look at what a regular 1927 cost. They run 800 to 1000. So a super nice 1927 with gold and awesome furniture should be worth at least 1000-1200...to someone who is going to shoot it.
