I bought a Bridge 16 ga. for myself today. What can you tell me about the company and it's value? It's about 40 or 50 yrs. old. single shot, walnut stock. Looks to be in really good condition. Belonged to A.O. Henry a nebraska artist. Thanks.

Bridge is not listed in Blue Book of Gun Values. You may have to come up with more information on the gun. Sounds like it was not shot very much. I would probably keep it because of who owned it.

Mr. Henry bought the gun when he was young, and used it to hunt once or twice with his kids, who are now in their 50's. My brother said Bridge was a good company that closed about 40 yrs. ago. Any history buffs out there? I looked on several other web sites, and one guy named Chris mentions having a 20 ga. double barrel Bridge, no one had any information on it either.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
