EEZOX

During my last visit to a local Gun Store, on the store owners recommendation I bought a bottle of EEZOX Gun Care. After getting home a reading the instructions I noticed it's a synthetic triple action solution, that claims to be a solvent, lubricant and rust preventative.
Sounds like a great product but prior to using would like some expert feedback.
Thanks

It seems to be a good product, but being somewhat of the "old school" mentality of Hoppes #9 and RemOil, EEZOX seems to be a little too heavy to be a good solvent and a little light to be a good lubricant.
I'll probably still clean my guns with Gunscrubber and Hoppes #9, go over it with EEZOX and put a dab of light grease on the high load areas like the slide rails.
Just my opinion.

I don't use either as a solvent BTW, unless looking at a C&R that needs to be soaked in a zip-lock bag full of CLP overnight- then the "solvent" action of CLP makes the next days cleaning a breeze.
