s & w models 15 and 34-1

I have two smiths that i need a value on if possible

one is a nickle finish model 15 38 sp. in 4''...has minor wear at muzzel end and edge of cylinder. about 95 % I've had the gun for 25 years..

the other is a s & w kit gun 22 cal with a 2 '' barrel..alomst like new

any help ? Thanks

    When you ask for value, I presume you are wanting to know what to insure the guns for. If so, insure the Model 15 for $250 and the Model 34 for $375. Those would be fair insurance values.

    On the other hand, if you are trying to sell them, the 15 might bring $175 on a good day, and maybe $300 on the 34. Model 15's are darn good guns, but they have fallen from favor as have all large frame 38 special handguns. The 34, especially if it has a round butt, is much more desireable.
