What is the difference and how can a bullets trajectory be listed differently at the same distance in the two different charts?

Barrel length, powder charge, and bullet weight differences? Also, bullet configuration, ie., flat base bullets vs. boat tail bullets. All of these can/do affect trajectory.

DD Are you refering to charts that show the same bullet/velocity, but different holdovers/drops?
If so, look at the zero ranges. Short range uses somthing like a 100yd zero, and long uses somthing like a 300yd zero (as I remember). If the MV, BC and Zero are all the same, than the trajectory will be the same.
