That is one of the US military post-ban restricted 15 round magazines. Unless you are in law enforcement, you don't want it. It is illegal for that magazine to be in the possession of anyone except the military or law enforcement. I would recommend getting rid of it to a local guard or reserve unit that has 9mm M9 pistols. It is a felony to be in possession of it unless you meet the above mentioned conditions. It is a contract mag, not a factory Beretta mag by the way. I had a local guy get sold one this past year. He got it from a military surplus dealer who knew better too. It was cheap, but the $10,000 fine could have been a bit on the not so cheap side. He got his money back from the guy after his was made aware of what he had.

You can also dispose of the mag by transferring it to an FFL.

I would just destroy the magazine and throw it away.

bought it from a leo and I sold it to a leo.I guess they're so many gun laws that they can't keep up. went to a show the other week and saw a dozzen chinese sks's with the bayo attached at dealers tables. some gung ho leo could have made several busts if they were so inclined. I think they overlook stuff unless you tic them off. good ole massa govment!
