Getting a PSS in .308 next week and have been toying with the idea that I might want to convert it to a detachable magazine. I see Brownells has a kit for $180, a post I found while searching mentioned that Gander Mountain had a kit for around $70, and I did a cursory on E-GUNPARTS and it looked like they may have somethingAnybody have any experience converting a 700 to DM? Not just a PSS. What kit did you use and from where? Did you have to make any modifications? Is there a reason why I don't want to convert? Much ThanksGL

Use the HS Precision unit brownells has, you'll be glad you did, besides I think the PSS stock is a HS unit www.brownells.com
