They come with one magazine. I do not normally carry a spare mag with me. If I am carrying the P32 it means that for some reason I am trying to achieve minimum bulk, usually with a pocket carry. I do have another magazine for the gun, but it generally stays in the vehicle.

If you need a second magazine you can't shoot for s**t. Get out to the range and shoot a few thousand rounds with the weapon you carry.

Having too many rounds available is like having too much money, or being too handsome like the Dr.. I suppose there is a case where that can be true, but I cannot think of it. When one is armed only with a .32ACP, extra rounds are a comfort as well. I have the one-round extension on the magazine in my usual carry P32, which adds about a half inch to the grip length. I carry the 10-round magazine as a spare. The 10-round magazine has a built in grip extension and finger rest. Neat. My secretary just uses the 10-round magazine as her primary magazine. In purse carry, the extra length does not bother concealment in anything but a very small evening bag.

The P-32 in the front pocket (in an Uncle Mike's in-side-the-pocket holster) and a spare mag in the back pocket (in a Glad sandwich bag!)Actually, the P-32 is usually slipped inside a Glad sandwich bag too--it keeps the sweat (no small problem in SC) and lint out of it.

I carry a spare mag for the same reason I carry in the first place.....I dont want to need it, and not have it; marksmanship aside.I usually dont like to buy from auto manufacturers who ship with only one mag.....a one mag mid cap auto isnt much better than carrying a revolver IMHO. the pocket guns get a slight pass for me because they can be thought of as a self contained "quick reload" but the P-32 seems to be somethin people are carrying as the primary gun these days.....thus my question about the spare mag. thanx to all of you who gave me the info about the 10shot mag!
