I found a Franch 48? semi auto 12ga with variable choke and engraved reciever. I thought it had some rust, but the reciever is aluminum with gold accents. It has a really nice piece of wood. The wood has some tailgate dings, but decent. The receiver is black with gold accents fading away. The wood is a relatively easy fix, but what about the reciever? Would it have to be taken down to the white then baked on again? The price on the gun is $200 at a pawn shop. I would put it in fair condition at best. Any opinions on the value, use, refinishing of the gun?Thanks,Roy
