    I don't believe that you can do that. As far as I know, military surplus powder is not sold commercially. Even if it were, there is no reloading data available.Neal

    Pickup a copy of The Gun List or Shotgun News (3) issues a month. They have a whole section on reloading components, new and surplus. Loading data is usually supplied by the seller for a specific cart.

    Um, nmyers... military surplus is fairly widely available. As indicated above, shotgun news is a good place to start.
