Could anyone tell me if the frames for the Anaconda and the King Cobra will accomodate the same set of Stag grips? Do not know too much about their different frames. Thanks for anyone's help.Ron

Colt King Cobra and Anaconda are the exact same frame, designated as the "V" frame by Colt. This is also the same frame as the Trooper and Lawman MK V and the Peacekeeper. However, both of these guns originally came from the factory with Pachmayr Presentation Grips, which don't require any fitting. Because these guns are virtually "handmade" each gun is individual and the parts don't interchange with another like it in the same model. If you put wood grips on these guns, they sometimes require some "fitting." You might run into this with Stag grips. Or, if you are trying to use one pair of grips on a King Cobra and on an Anaconda also, you may find they don't fit the other gun if fitted to one of them.....the price of the hand-made gun.....Good Luck!
