A while back I reported that my PA wouldn't feed properly. Whoever said the extractor was too thick or big, you win! I finally got around to looking at it and the extractor doesn't fit into the groove, it is too thick. It looks like an easy fix with a file and needlnose IF I can get the extractor out. I got the slide off, now how do I remove the guts of the gun and extractor from the slide???Thanks,JON

The cleaning rod that came with the pistol has a hook in the handle that is the take-down tool for the extractor. Try www.makarov.com in the technical info section that shows the method for removal.

Hmm. I didn't get a cleaning rod. I bought mine used at a gunshow. Are you sure this is the same for the PA-63 as the Makarov? They are different guns, though somewhat similar.
