I have been reading good things about that gun. However, I have also heard the trigger pull is bad. Does anyone have any thoughts about the Firestar in 9mm.Thanks,David

I have a Firestar+ and it is a well made, dependable and accurate.Trigger pull is not bad for a single action compact auto.

I have a friend that has that model. He wouldn't part with it for anything. That is all I know.

I also have one.Mine is the single stack model.I like it because it's compact, and relieable. The only thing i don't like is the magazine safety.lose the magazine, and all you have is a club.DEAD HORSE WALKING

Hello , these are fairly good guns , I had all three calibers at one time , even carried these while working as a detective for a while , only one I have now is the 40.no complaints at all , a little on the heavy side compaired to some of the ballistic tupperware type polymer stuff...a very wellmade gun ...hardly ever had to work on any and we sold a bunch of them !!! and we have"undone" the mag safety on some..(much better)...Good Luck !!!!azgunnut2@yahoo.comd.a. stearns - gunsmith , gallery salessweetwater , tn................
