Gun Law '94 Question

I was looking at shotguns this weekend and was told that it is illegal to have a pistol grip on a high capacity shotgun that is manufactured after 1994. Anyone know if that is correct?

It depends.If it is a pump action, it's legal; if it is semi-automatic, it's not.Neal
