Russian SKS Curio & Relic

I am a FFL in Wisconsin and have sold a Russian SKS to a buyer who sent me his C&R license. Unbeknownst to me the Russian, Simonov, SKS of Soviet manufacture IS on the ATF C&R list. Well, I'd like to ship (the buyer is unavailable at the moment) but I would also like to affirm that my SKS is THE SKS as mentioned in the ATF C&R list....Help?

I am also an FFL. My understanding of the law is that all of the Russian SKS rifles manufactured at or near the end of WW II are C&Rs as they are over 50 years old. Newly manufactured ones would not be; but as far as I know there aren't any, unlike the Chinese models which are much more recent.

Yes. The Russian SKS IS a C&R firearm and you may ship it directly to the C&R holder at the address listed on the license.

Thank you gentlemen! I would not have guessed this answer...so a little printout from ATF helps!
