i took a shot at a crow last night, about 150 to 175 yrd's out. and the damn thing flew away!!!!! i thought " no way i missed that!" i was seated w/ bipod, but there was about a 10 to 12 mph wind, and i was useing 40gr. win. ballistic silvertips. i can blame it on the wind, right????

Wind direction is also important. In your face or at your back is not a big deal. Cross wind is another story. 40 grain bullets are also pretty light. But I'd blame on the wind no matter what!!!! RG
