I recently aquired a Winchester 94 XTR Big Bore .375 Ser. # BB031***
in 99+ percent cond. I would like aprox value and date of manufacture
if possible. It has a Winchester Repeating Arms rubber butt plate.
Is this the standard butt plate for this??? Thanks.

I thought the Winchester Model 94 AE BIG BORE came in only three calibres: .307 cal, .356 cal and .375 cal. Anyway, mine is a .356 and is one dandy gun. I've had it for almost thirty years and no complaints except that they are not gining away the ammo. My buttplate is rubber, and it is the original.

    Bonne Chasse!
