I am thinking about getting one for civil war reenacting and was wondering if you guys could tell me where i could buy repro cartridges? Aslo any imput about the sharps carbine would be appreciated

    At one time, Dixie Gun Works offered kits to 'roll your own' for many of these paper & combustible cartridges. I'd also suggest contacting the North-South Skirmish Association; with all the re-enactment work they do, they can probably give you some leads.
