I am selling some guns for a friend who is getting a Harley.
I have the price on all of them pegged fairly well, except for a Model 16.Blue,4"with box, etc.
Has fired exactly 100 rds and has a cylinder ring.
Has a tiny nick just above the Left grip.
I would call it 98%.
How much?
TIA

I happen to be a fan of the S&W model 16 --- except for the "Dirty Harry" 8-3/8 inch barrel one. It is only one of 3 S&W's that I will trust my wife's life to --- because of her size and strength --- she can't handle my .357's, .44's, or .45's.
Here in north central Florida, they don't command much of a premium. You can get them to move at $200-$225, but they will just languish on the table at a gun show if you have them marked $295-$325.
Please send rain in return for this response. We haven't seen any in 49 days.

Rain every third day at least.

to have that Pre War Masterpiece, it says they were only 3630 made. I hope Adamsqualhunter gets some rain.
Good Luck.

I have seen the 6 and 8&3/8.
This is a factory 16 with the full lug.
Description on box matches the gun.
He bought it new about 8 years ago while in the Marines.
He is one of my resident Drs here.
