I have an M1A that I would like to find out some info on. What year was it made? The serial number is 0069XX,and it has NM stamped on the barrel on the bottom side about six inches from the bayonet lug. It has a walnut stock and fiberglass handguard and the finish is parkerized. And what does the letters TRW mean on the bolt and other small parts. Whats it worth??

SA inc will have to tell you the year.
They are good about that and will send you a letter.
TRW= Thompson Ramo Wooldridge, one of the 4 manufacturers of the GI M14.You have a nice gun and they sell for around $1100-$1500 depending on area and condition.
