couple years ago i bought a savage cub single shot 22 and rechambered it to 22 magnum...solid little rifle with some heft and wood stock....thought i would do same again so i got a rascal....never got hands on first so i was disppointed when it arrived..plastic stock was sop but reciever and bolt are about 1/2 the metal of the cub...compare the two and the rascal should sell for no more than $100...fine for lr but not sure about magnum...buy and learn

    I have a Savage 24V-A 30-30 over 20 guage. It will randomly break the firing pin on the top (30-30) barrel. It has been sent back to
    Savage but still has the problem. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

    going to buy a composite stock for a savage rifle.the barrel says 110 but when I enter the serial number on the savage website it says model 10. which one would you go by?

    I acquired a savage lever action looks to be a model 99 not sure.. It has 30 cal on the barrel.. also there are two other numbers 70-80 in the area.. Does anyone know what I have?

    I am looking for an after market stock for my Savage Model 12 FV in .204 Ruger. Any help or suggestions? Will the Bell and Carlson or Choate stocks listed for the short action heavy barrel Savage Model 10 work?

    I am going to purchase a 110e series k ,and would like to know what the difference in the letters is..(K)is this a newer rifle ?

    I have a Savage model 24H-Dl over under 22 mag on top and 20 ga. on the bottom. I can not find any kind of listing or price for it Can somebody give me any HELP?

    hello everyone. is a savage .22 mag over a 20 guage in very good condition easy to find? i have one now, and i am wondering what these things are going for on the market.i have not seen one like this in any gun stores, around the upper northeast ny area. thanks to all,

    Extra thing to learn - not only is the Magnum loaded to a higher pressure level than the Long Rifle, it uses a larger diameter bullet (.224 versus .222), which would jack up pressures even more.

    I have done the same rechambering job - BUT, on a cut down .22 Lee- Enfield military training rifle, with an action/barrel originally designed for 40,000 PSI.
