I've got my hands on 2 uppers that came with my m16. I may want to list them on GB but I have no idea what to ask for them
Both are factory colts, both has KAC ras rails, and both are in 95%+ condition.
The first is a a2, it appears to be a factory upper (shows no signs of the pins being removed) It's marked C MB on the upper, L6 I 2 on the FSB, and C MP 5.56 nato 1/7 on the barrel. It is a SOCOM heavy barrel, I have not removed the KAC rails to view the date code. Has a C FA colt BCG.
The other is a factory colt 9mm upper, It's a 10.3 or 10.5, not to sure about that. The upper is a A1 style, has C A marked on the upper, c99 (r1) 2 marked on the FSB and 0 MP CB marked on the barrel on the top with 9mm on the side. The bolt is ramped.

That's why it called an AUCTION. Sell them like a man. Start them at a p[enny and let the market dictate the final price.
And that can be the dumbest thing you can do. I just snagged a complete a1 colt upper in great shape for $305 and a 1919a4 for $1600. There both worth nearly double that.
If you want to get the most of what you have you need to know what it's worth and list it at the higher end of the market. I know the socom barrel would sell around $700-$750 stripped but I've never seen them sell as a factory complete upper. Why would I list something for a penny that very well could sell for the going rate of something like a delton if the bidders are not there?
If you dont know what there worth then GTFO of this thread and go troll elsewhere.
All I can suggest is check final sales prices for something that's identical (or similar) and list your auction prices accordingly. (Asking prices from greedy sellers will often be much more, and if they don't sell for what folks are asking, then they're overpriced and will not sell for that.)
Good luck!
Pay your listing fee and let the bidders be the judge.

Nice attitude. Thankfully you won't be around long acting like that. BTW Mobuck gave you good advice.

You shouldn't have a tude', like that. You have been given sound advice. Most serious bidders will not even look at a reserve auction, either. Start them at what you believe is the minimum, you would part with them for, and if it sells, then good. If not, either lower your starting point, and relist, or just relist, for as long as it takes. Just so you know, the buying peak is over, and things are on the way down, except some ammunition.
Some more advice...untill you learn a little bit more about this forum, and its member's, you shouldn't be using that phrase in red. Obviously, because you are here asking, you have no idea yourself. Meanwhile, you had been given sound, and proven advice.
