Which model(s) does this magazine fit? The button is on the left side, it has slots on both sides, and it holds 10 rounds. Thanks in advance!

It's a MK III mag., MK II don't have the tit on the side.
Are you referring to the thumb button?
In your first photo. There's a formed lug visible on the right side of the mag, approximately 2" below the top. I believe this is to actuate the magazine safety, that was incorporated in the Mark 3.
