1 piece picatinney mount for Sako 995

Trying to get a scope mounted up on a Sako 995, I need a 1 piece mount to convert the Sako base into picatinney style.
The gun is chambered in 7.82 Warbird and the person I am helping with this has a Leupold MK4/BORS setup that he wants on. The problem is that with the BORS you have to use Barrett rings and the scope has to be orientated towards the rear close to the rear ring as opposed to center in the middle of the rings.
I order a 2 piece adapter from a company in Colorado that would have worked if we were simply putting a scope on but due to the BORS setup we have to have it back a little further than the gap between rings allows.
Does anyone have any idea of anyone that makes a one piece mount or any other ideas are welcome.

If this doesn't work, I'd call he folks at Barrett so they can explain what you need to do. This rails should work though:

Best.
ADDED:
I don't think you need to drill and tap for this mount since US Optics manufactured it to slide over the Sako dovetail mounts on the action. At least that's what their advertising suggests.
Best.

Thanks alot, that is almost exactly what I am looking for except I want to find one that does not require drilling and tapping.
This is the one I got out of Colorado, just has to tap onto the base and it is secure supposedly, I just need it to be one piece like the one you provided the link for but not interested in the drilling and tapping but it may be what it comes down to I guess if I can't find anything else.
