I have several old Weavers that need work.Is there anyone around that does it, and is it feasable from a cost stand point? Thanks

Montana Scope Co. , 406-676-5435, www.montanascopecompany.com. It all depends upon the scope model. If you have an M8 or M73B1, it probably is worth the money. Neal[This message has been edited by nmyers@home.com (edited 01-12-2002).]

Sir, The best place I have found is the following address: Weaver Scope Repair Service, 1121 Larry Mahan, Suite B, El Paso, TX. 79925. Phone Number 915-593-1005. They will rebuild the older Weaver scopes, but not refinish them. It has been awhile, but the last one I had repaired and it had a broken lens was around $45.00. I believe these are the same people who did factory repair for the old Weaver company. Hope this helps.
