    I have a Sako Annivesary Bolt Action rifle.It has a carved stock and som gold inlay in the metal. It is 7mm Rem. Mag. It serial # is 6## of 1000 made. It also has not been fired. The books show $2500 as a value but in Vagas last year one sold for $14000 I was told buy a gun dea;er. What should I ask for it? It looks like new to me but I don't know how the 98% or 100 % rating works.

    Hello,
    I have a Wards Western Field Model 80, that can use either 22SL, or LR, that I need to sell and was wondering if anyone could give me a "ballpark" figure as to its worth. I have always keep the gun clean, & oiled, and in a case.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

    My book shows 1850 in excellent condition, so go figure. We've already discussed Blue Book value on the forum. Its strictly a guide, not Gospel. Its worth whatever you ask for it and can get from it.
