Where are all of the Rem. 221 Fireballs???? I've checked other sights, and the other side, but there are few listed. Those that are listed are listed at 3 times a new price. Any ideas ? THX Keith

Midway's catalog lists new .221 Fireball brass for sale. Remington was the only maker of loaded ammo which was discontinued in 1985. They are reintroducing the ammo soon as they are coming out with the 700 Classic in .221. Probably this spring. Many manuals have loading data for the .221.

nosler 60 grain part. keyholes most of the time with any powder I've tried-including re-7. (it's the shortest one too.)this is with a 10" TC.this is personal experience-not second-hand. velocities were about what was expected tho .(17.5 of re#7 and a 60 gr. partition produced 2460 recorded)

Snocountry, sounds like your slow pitch rifling wont stabilize a 60 gr bullet. Try 45-53 grainers.
