Sure they work, just like Hell Fires, GATs, or any of the rest of them. But the fact is you don't need to spend $25.00-$35.00 to fire your weapon like a FA. You can do the same thing using a rubber band on the trigger, or use the bump fire method. If you go over to www.ak47.net hit search under bump fire you'll find a lengthy discription of how it is done.Ya know it just eats up ammo.good luckHAL

A friend of mine wanted to put one of those "trigger manipulation devices" on her M1 Carbine (I won't mention the brand name, because my comments are critical).Firstly, the manufacture had an AK-47 unit packaged by accident in the wrapper marked for the M1. I was still unimpressed when she got the correct unit--it's a pretty cheaply stamped thing. I'm very good with mechanical things, but there was no way I could make the device work (and trust me, if I'm trying to impress a girl with my mechanical abilities, I'll really work at things).I had to conclude the unit was just designed and manufactured very poorly; I wouldn't spend money or time with another one.[This message has been edited by competentone (edited 01-14-2002).]
