Can I buy a reciever only?

Where can I get JUST the reciever for a 10/22? I have enough parts to make a whole new gun, minus of course the reciever. I don't intend to sell it, just to have a backup plinker. Any ideas?

Yup, I've seen them in Brownell's catalog, or if you know of a Ruger Dealer, they can probably order you one factory direct.

You can purchase aftermarket receivers for the 10/22; however, Ruger does not sell their 10/22 receiver as a seperate component.
