Washington Arms Double Barrel Worth?

I have a Washington Arms 12 gauge double barrel with hammers in fair condition. The serial number is 1913... Can anyone tell me when it was made and what it might be worth?

    I show nothing in my database for WASHINGTON ARMS...Would you look under the Barrels and see if there is a Proof Mark...What I'm looking for is an Oval with the Letters E over LG in it...I suspecion its a Belguim made piece, but need to see if there is a Proof mark...If not I'll still need more information to be of any further assistance...Best...

    Thanks for the reply....It has a circle with a crown over it with E LG............and what looks like a diamond shape with 12 O.......and a F with a * over it......and 18.2.....Also I make the mistake of saying it has damascus barrels, it does not. I appreciate the help!
