Impulse gun buying

Yesterday, I bought a Beretta BL3 20 Gauge like new for $795, A 95%+ Remington Model 12,22 pump for $195 and a Unertl 15x 2" scope with fixed objective lens for $350.
My catalogs are a few years old and they indicate I got screwed on the scope and the Beretta for at least $200. What do you think?

If you are happy with what you bought at the price you paid, does it really matter if you paid more? I know that half the time, I could find almost anything for less if I looked long enough. Try to save when you can and don't kick yourself after the fact.

    v35,
I sold a Beretta BL3 Trap, 12 gauge over 7 years ago for 650.00, I don't think you paid more than it's worth considering it's a 20 gauge. The smaller guages always bring a more money and are more desirable.

On the Unertl scope, they are in great demand, and you'll never lose money on that one. Everything also depends on condition.
All in all, I would say you did OK.

This Unertl is 24 3/8" o.a.l. with the end caps in place and has no model number marking on it. The s/n is 54887. It has a 1" dia steel tube, a 1 3/8 dia aluminum eyepiece and a 2" dia nonadjustable aluminum objective lens housing. It weighs 34 oz. with mounts, recoil spring and end caps. I've always wanted an Ultra Varmint 15x and wonder how much of a disadvantage and loss of value the nonadjustable head is. It looks to be in great shape with only some blue wear from the front mount chafing on the tube in recoil. It was mounted on a 220 Swift Mod 70.
The Beretta is a 5 1/2# beaut but has old features like extractors and fixed imp & mod chokes. I love the fit and feel of it but can't get over being hosed on the price.
The Remington 12 I believe was the only bargain.
