Beretta mod 92FS Desert Storm???????

A friend is trying to sell me A Beretta Model 92FS that I was not aware was even made. It is black blued or parked, 9mm, on the left side of the slide it includes "OFFICIAL SIDEARM US ARMED FORCES"
and PB insignia.
On the right side what appears to be some type of winged bird surrounded by "UNITED STATES CENTRAL COMMAND" all in a circle, then DESERT STORM follwed by arabic writing.
Next line, 18 January 1991 - 11 april 1991.
frame says, ACCK. MD. - Made in USA
Believe it or not the serial # is DS 000013
He wants $ 1500.00
