I have a Marbles tang sight for a Winchester 1892 that I need to get repaired. Does anyone know who might do this type of work. I have had no luck finding anyone who workes on old sights.

It would help to know what sort of repair is needed.

I will try try to explain. I will call the piece you look through the stem. It fits between two vertical pieces that are fix to to base. One of these vertical pieces has broken off. The best way to describe it would be a small tube with a groove cut on two sides and fits around the stem. I knew it was broken when I got the rifle just hoping it could be repaired.

It is not cost effective to repair the sight. You can purchase another sight for what it would cost to repair the broken one you have.
