What are they worth 30 Catbine 15 and 30rd mags.

Anyone know what the fair value on some military mags for a 30 carbine.It looks like the shorter ones are 15rds and the longer ones are 30's so I have benn told. The 15 rds are in gerat shape, the 30 rd mags have got a few dings and the base plates don't seem to fit super tight.They are stamped M-2

    If the 30-rounders are "hardbacks" (no slot on the side at the apex of the curve), they are worth quite a bit more than the after-market and later 30-rounders, even if they have some small dents. Fifteen-round Carbine magazines are still inexpensive because there are millioins of them.

    if the 30 rd are stamped m2 thay are aftermarket mags. the military ones just used alpha letter stamps

    Ok but, what is the approximate value? I still have no Idea what they should sell for.Some dollar figures would be of great help?Thanks

    the 30 rd ones marked m2 go for about $18.00 in good shape, the 15 rd new in wrap go for $9.00. these prices are from the last gun show i was at, about 3 weeks ago. u.s. g.i. 30 rd were $25.00.
