Browning A-5 Magnum Twelve

I have become interested recently in a Japanese-made synthetic stock version of the A-5...I believe it is available only in 3" chamber, matte black metal, vent rib, invector or invector plus tubes. I understand that they only properly cycle recoil/reload with high brass loads. 2-3/4" low brass shells are not recommended? Would any of you folks have any thoughts or opinions that I could consider before committing to one of these. I appreciate any notes here or email me at timbroman@aol.com Thanks, Jim
