Squires-Bingham shotgun

Any info on a Squires Bingham shotgun? The one I found is a 18.5" barrel, walnut furniture, jeweled bolt. Do the parts in this gun interchange with anything? The action or bolt kinda looks like a Model 12, the forearm looks like a Mossberg. Roy
