Anyone ever come across Nazi K98 that had been painted black. These are war souveneirs from a WWII vet who took them off of dead Nazis. Thanks

    depends on the weapon some were painted black late in the war for use as sniper weapons some were painted black to hide them from others look up the s/ns if at all posible and check the finish sniper weapons were totally finished the others showed signs of bad upkeep
