Any comments or advice for someone who is thinking of purchasing a cetme 308 would be great. Are they good rifles? Whats the range of travel for a 308.

    Thanks

Does anyone have factual info on advisability of using 7.62mm NATO ammo in the CETME semi auto rifle. I can find nothing against using it, but scuttlebutt has it that this ammo is TOO hot for the design.

I have aquired a century arms cetme 308 caliber. Can someone give me a brief history and direct me to someone who would have a parts/ service manual. Also I would like to find an a expert on the rifle who could direct me to sources of parts and tech knowledge.

When shooting my CETME, I have to cycle the first round that is chambered from the magazine before the gun will fire. The rest of the magazine will fire without a problem. Any suggestions?

Cameroon, I am going to assume the rifle you are talking about is the one built around a Century Arms receiver? I have one and I think you can not go wrong. Be careful of the price normal is $400.00-$500.00.

Cameroon, The deal Interstatepawn is offering you(if this is a new gun) is a good one. Southern Ohio Guns is offering these at dealers price at $369.00. Figuring some profit margin for the dealer. This is not bad! Make sure shipping is between $15.00-$20.00. I paid $465.00 plus shipping.
