Threads close @ 10 or 11 ?

Why do these threads close so soon? Not enough space?

I think it's whenever the moderator gets to them. He probably has a day job.

Capt Kirk has said several times that if the question can't be answered intelligently in 10 or 12 replies it probably is becoming opinion and not fact and thus should be continued in the general discussion forum. For my money Capt Kirk does an absolutely superb job monitoring this forum and his as well as the other intelligent well thought out "expert" answers are usually spot on. Beach
