warning about nightvisionscope

I bought an MK6500 night scope for my rifle recently on ebay. It was totally misrepresented. The company claimed "This Auction is for the MK-6500 2nd+ Generation American Technologies, 4X Magnification rifle scope seen in the image" "THIS MK-6500 2nd generation American has a retail price of $1,900.00. "This was an outright lie. The scope is actually a factory rated "D" scope which the company re-rated a "B". Their rating system is found in a small link that I did not see until long after the purchase and was trying to get a real "B" scope from them. It is not worth anywhere near 1900. In fact it is sold online for 799.00 It has imperfections in the intensifier tube that causes spots on the image. I sent a photo of the scope image to other companies and even the manufacturer. They confirmed it was a "D" scope. DO NOT easily trust these companies. This one has a beautful add that claims the scope is the best thing since the wheel. Once I found out the problem, they didn't want anything to do with me. So If I can't get my money back, its' just tough. I'm not stupid and searched the web for other examples of the scope before I bought it. The item was very misrepresented. Avoid that company for anything. They also have some negative feedbacks that look just like what they did to me. I am pursuing legal routes and hope to get my money back, and maybe the authorities will force them to be more honest about the value of their merchandise.I was stupid to think a business online would be dependable. I don't have 800 dollars to throw away on lies. Hope you take this warning seriously if you want night vision. You have to investigate extremely thoroughly to find the misrepresentations. Huge disappointment.

Did you pay by credit card? If so, maybe you can dispute the charge.

Contact your State Division of Consumer Affairs before these guys fold their tent.

If they are aware of their missdealings- they have broken several laws. Keep a written record of all your conversations with them, including what was said, date, time, ect. Deception, unfair trade, and fraud are very seroius charges. Consult an attorney quickly.Ebay should act on this quickly as they will be tied up in this mess as well.

I would get right on the Attorney General of the state from which the company is from. Go to a search engine and get the address for the A.G., also print out the add from E-bay, you will need everything that you can get. You can get the forms to file from the A.G. and print them out. I have done this 2 times now & 100% sucess.coyote-man
