CLass 3 states.....which are them??

Can u guys tell me which states are class 3??

My friend and i we have a dilema about it.
Any help its respectfully heard and welcome.

    It's not quite that simple. There's no list because some states permit Class III weapons, but restrict them.

    The closest that can be found is State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms (ATF P 5300.5), available from BATF or online on their website.

    For a quick reference try www.nraila.org click research at top of page, when it comes up click state laws in left margin and a map will come up. Click the state you're interested in. Scroll down in each state to NFA firearms.
