I was reading on another site that some states may require an FFL or other license with the CMP order. I live in wis and searched the laws but could not find anything about requiring FFLs or other licenses for firearms sales. Does anyone know if an FFL or other license is needed to order a firearm from the cmp?

the CMP does all background checks, the rifle will be deliverd to your door.

i'm from wis. also. order a-way, in about two months fed-ex will bring it to your door. i ordered three springfields the first of april and have two, waiting for the third.
