I want to purchase a gun part. The seller lives in Cananda and I live in the U.S.A. Can I buy this and have it shipped directly to my home address? I do not have a FFL. In the U.S. I would not need an FFL transfer dealer because it is not a receiver.

I buy gun parts from Canada ocasionally. The seller must mark the box as to it's contents, usually small metal parts. This is for customs. The part can be shipped straight to your home. No FFL is needed except for complete guns or receiver- frames.

I don't know about Cananda but I live in a country called Canada.
I have done it lots of times. I just stick it a padded envelope, put the green sticker on it and stick it in the mail box.
