ar-15 silencers/suppressors

Heres a tough one. A friend of mne collects all sorts of military rifles, shotguns, and handguns. He insists that a fake silencer on the end of his custom m4 carbine would give it that final touch. We both looked for a maker of dummy/fake suppressors but to no avail. i was wondering if anyone out there knows a company that markets some sort of fake suppressor, particularly for the ar-15, m-16, m4 family, but any other types would help to. thanks
p.s. all of you who take time to answer some of the questions on here are a huge help to some of us who aren't familiar with particular subjects. thanks to all for your input and time.

WARNING!!!!!
1) MAKE SURE THE MUZZLE BLOCK & END CAP ARE CENTERED!, OTHERWISE A BULLET COULD COME THROUGH IT!
2) ATF FROWNS ON UNREGISTED SUPPRESSOR'S, LEAVE THE END CAP OFF THE VERY END OF THE UNIT!, THAT WAY THEY CANT SAY THAT YOU BUILT A ILEAGAL SUPPRESSOR. DO NOT!, AGAIN, DO NOT! PUT ANY TYPE OF SOUND SUPPRSION MATERIALS INSIDE OF UNIT!

a mac unit would work, dont know of any adapters. a machine shop would charge apx $100 in my guess, to make an adapter.
nothing else call up some of the mfg's, iam sure they would build one for $85-$150. just depeneds on what you want and the cubic dollar.
A fake suppressor should not be more than $80.
If so I think I can make and sell you onr for that.
