How to sell my Mausers

I've bought several different kinds of Mausers over the years. I'm thinking about selling them, but need some advice on how best to do it. Here's what I have:

- Yugo M48, matching unissued
- VZ24, good condition, good bore, non matching
- Turk, fair all around except good wood, non matching
- FR8, very good all around, non matching

Should I auction them together as a package or sell them one at a time? What would you do?

Thanks!

The answer is right in front of you --- look who sponsors this forum: GUNBROKER. I find that they offer a good value; you don't have to pay until your gun is sold. So, you can list starting at a high price, and lower the price until you get bids.

However, in order to get a reasonable price, you are going to have to provide a MUCH more detailed description of each rifle, as well as good quality photos. I think that you will sell them more easily separately, rather than as a group.

If I just wanted them gone, I would sell as a group and be done with it in one shot. Figure out what you want for them individually them add it up and see what the total is for the group. Set your minimum and send them to auction. Selling them 1 at a time may leave you with 1 or 2 you can't sell for what ever reason. Then your stuck with the ones that didn't sell, or lose money on them when and if they sell.

Good point. I was thinking that I'd definitely get stuck with the Turk if I didn't insist on selling them as a package.
